A Quiet Place Part II - Trailer Coming New Year's Day.

A Quiet Place: Part II is an upcoming American horror movie that is the result of A Quiet Place (2018). In this sequel, written and directed by John Krasinski, Emily Blunt, Millicent Symonds, and Noah Juppe play the lead role. Celine Murphy and Jaime Hounsou also joined the cast.

The talk for the sequel began in April 2018 following the box office success in the first film. By August 2018, Krasinski was writing the film, and he was hired in February 2019 for directing. Produced in western New York from June 2019 to September 2019.

Paramount Pictures plans to release a quiet location: Part II in theaters March 20, 2020.

A Quiet Place Part II  Production

Paramount Pictures produced the first film "A Quiet Place" on a budget of $ 17 million. Paramount released the movie in the United States and Canada in April 2018 and earned $ 50.2 million on the weekend, more than its mid-$ 20 million forecast. Later in April, Paramount Chair and CEO Jim Gianopolis announced that his sequel was being prepared. (The first movie eventually grossed 8 188 million in the US and Canada and $ 340.9 million worldwide.)  John Krasinski, who directed and acted in the first film, said he considered it "once upon a time". But as a result, planned, he began to consider the larger fiction universe in search of possibilities.  By August, Krasinski was writing the film, and no director has been hired yet.  According to Krasinski, Paramount rejected rumors by other writers and directors who were considered too franchise-oriented, and the studio invited her to write her "small-minded script. And can be interesting. " Cinematographer Polly Morgan described the sequel's vision, "It's more about kids growing up, exploring the world and learning to protect themselves."

By February 2019, Krasinski was hired to direct the sequel, and actors Emily Blunt, Millicent Symonds, and Noah Juppe were confirmed to reprise their roles.  In March, Celine Murphy joined the cast.  The following June, Brian Tyree joined the cast of Henry,  but due to scheduling difficulties he left the film. He was replaced by James Hansou in August.

In June 2019, production began on Sequel.  Filming officially began on July 15, 2019. Filming took place throughout western New York.  Locations included Erie County and one of its villages in Akron. Other locations include the town of North Tonawanda and the town of Olquet in North County,  and Barcelona Harbor in the Westfield town of Chautauqua County. Filming also took place on a soundstage in Buffalo, New York. One of the last filming locations, the Northwest South Grand Island Bridge, was closed for 13 hours for filming.  The production invested over 10 million in Upstate New York, created 400 jobs, and included 300 background actors. By the end of September, production was gone.

A Quiet Place Part II  Marketing

A 30-second teaser trailer for A Quiet Place: Part II, previewed before the Black Christmas Select Theater, was released December 13, 2019. Less than a week later, the teaser trailer became available online. A full trailer will be released on January 1, 2020.

A Quiet Place Part II  Release

Paramount Pictures intends to release a quiet location: March 20, 2020 in theaters including Dolby Cinema and IMAX.  He initially intended to release the movie on May 15, 2020.  The film opens against the Christian biographical drama film I Steel Balloon
